이 픽업은 더블베이스 교체용 브릿지를 대신하는 픽업인데, 악기마다 브릿지 모양이 틀려질 수 밖에 없어서, 아마도 이 브릿지를 생산하는 곳에 가서 커스터마이징 해야하지 않나 싶다.
사운드 샘플은 스테레오로 녹음되어 있는데 왼쪽 체널이 이 픽업의 사운드이고, 오른쪽 채널은 뉴먼 마이크로 녹음한 사운드이다.
기존 브릿지의 도안을 보내주거나, 기존 브릿지를 보내서 장착할수 있는듯하다.

These recordings are in 2 track stereo – the direct out from the pickup system can heard alongside a simultaneously recorded track with a microphone.
The right channel is just the acoustic instrument sound.
A Neumann mic was placed apx 2 feet in front of the bass at bridge height. The left channel is direct to the board from the Barbera Bridge.
A basic pre-amp was used for impedance matching purposes.

Left and right channels were recorded simultaneously with all EQ controls set flat with 100% isolation between channels.
No post processing was done on this recording other than the conversion from the original .wav format to a compressed MP3 format.
